What we're all about

Capitol Music Fest specializes in all-inclusive trips, workshops, and music festivals for bands, choirs, orchestras and dance teams. We are owned and operated by former music directors and we are proud members of SYTA, the Student and Youth Travel Association. We are a small company and we pride ourselves on amount of time and attention we are able to spend with you, our client.

Capitol Music Fest is known for its all-inclusive tour packages. Your students will not need to carry a pocket full of cash for meals and entertainment. Capitol Music Fest's all-inclusive packages include all meals, lodging, tours, entertainment, and competition entry fees! One of our staff members will be with your group 24 hours per day on your trip to ensure a perfect experience. We also provide name badges with emergency contact numbers, luggage tags, a one million dollar liability insurance policy and nighttime hotel security at no additional cost. When shopping tours remember to compare apples to apples, these all-inclusive prices are competitive with other tour companies' prices for just lodging and competition alone!

Capitol Music Fest, owned and operated by music directors, ensures that your performing experience will be of the highest quality. Whether you choose to compete in our festival in Washington, D.C., perform side by side with professional musicians in our Partners in Performance program or simply perform for the public we guarentee that it will be a memorable expereince for everyone involved.

At our adjudicated music festival, your group will compete in a National Monument! The performance venue is the George Washington National Masonic Memorial. Built in 1933, it is the performance hall for such ensembles as the United States Marine Band! Here your musical and visual groups will perform/compete in front of the most reputable adjudicators from around our Nation's Capitol. In addition, master classes and/or mini clinics follow each performance to both educate and motivate music students. All packages can be modified to cater to a group's specific needs.
