• Dessert of beignets at the famous Cafe Du Monde

Day 2

• Continental breakfast at hotel
• Visit the Old US Mint (current museum on Jazz and New Orleans music culture)
• Visit Blane Kern's Mardi Gras World
• Lunch at Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville
• Return to hotel to change into concert dress
• Performance in the Riverwalk Marketplace to a tourist audience
• Board the Creole Queen Paddlewheel Boat
• Perform for the guests aboard the Creole Queen
• Dinner, dancing, jazz and a boat ride aboard the Creole Queen

Day 3

• Continental breakfast at hotel
• Tour of New Orleans' famous sights and historic places to include areas damaged by Hurricane Katrina
• Free time for shopping and lunch in the historic French Market
• Dinner and dancing at Michaul's Cajun Food

Day 4

• Continental breakfast at hotel
• Pack and load bus
• Cajun Pride swamp boat tour of the bayou
• Picnic lunch on the bayou
• Tour the oldest plantation on the Mississippi River, the Destrehan Plantation
• Depart for home
